Are natural variations normal?

Yes. Pearls are organic gems, so subtle differences in shape, surface, colour, and lustre are normal.

Will the item look exactly like the photograph?

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but natural pearl variations and screen settings may cause small differences.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with DHL. DHL shipping is free when the product subtotal reaches US$200. If the product subtotal is below US$200, the DHL shipping charge equals the difference needed to bring the order total to US$200.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 5 days. Estimated delivery is 7–21 days after dispatch. Customs or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery time.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Laisi Jewelry covers reasonable return shipping for verified quality problems. For other eligible returns, the customer pays return shipping. Please read our Shipping & Returns policy before returning an item.
