DHL Shipping

DHL shipping is free when the product subtotal reaches US$200. If the product subtotal is below US$200, the DHL shipping charge equals the difference needed to bring the order total to US$200.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 days after payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking information when your order ships, when tracking is available.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–21 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed.

Return Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, Laisi Jewelry will cover the reasonable return shipping cost after the issue is verified. For returns that are not related to a product quality problem, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on PayPal, the card issuer, or the payment provider.
