These terms govern the use of the Laisi Jewelry website and purchases made through it. Product availability, prices, shipping options, and promotions may change without notice.

Products

Pearls are natural materials. Small differences in shape, surface, colour, and lustre are normal and make each piece unique. Product images are provided as accurately as possible, but screens may display colours differently.

Orders and Payment

An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 5 days. Free standard worldwide delivery is estimated at 7–21 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers or customs.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Quality-related return shipping is covered by Laisi Jewelry after verification; customers pay return shipping for returns unrelated to product quality. Full requirements are stated in our Shipping & Returns policy.
